In 2015, Kasim studied Film Production (Master of Fine Arts) at Full Sail University. After graduating, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue my career and had been extensively involved in behind-the-scenes documentary filming for many renowned studios. Through this work, he had the opportunity to meet producer Sven Ebeling, with whom he collaborated on script development and adaptation projects.
Simultaneously, Kasim partnered with Rock Chang on numerous award-winning advertisements and collaborated on developing several feature film scripts, including "殭況主" and "Live & Death."
In 2013, Rock established Productions Cubed, a production company, and directed several award-winning short films. In 2016, my short film "Power Play" won first place in the international competition MyRodeReel, hosted by the renowned music company Rode Microphones, and received multiple awards.
In 2017, he embarked on a long-term collaboration with Only Today, a team of acclaimed Asian photographers who have won six Grammy Awards. During this time, Rock directed commercials for Ferrero Rocher and Budlight.
Also, in 2017, Rock partnered with Blizzard Entertainment to direct a documentary series featuring esports players in Hearthstone, a popular game developed by Blizzard Entertainment.
Kelly was inspired by the collaboration between Taiwan and France in the movie “Lucy” and had the privilege of being mentored by some of the experts in the film and TV industry. It encouraged her to devote her life to film production. She started in casting, and slowly climbed the ladder in a production company until she herself became a producer.
Kelly has built a strong foundation in international collaboration by taking part in many co-productions. She shifted her focus to content development in 2021 and was recognized by the Cultural Agency of Taiwan in 2022, working with her to develop new IPs for “1933”, “Hush!”, and the real-life story of “Boba Wars.”
